Mohamed Ouederni — Founder, Experceo

I founded Experceo because I wanted to do one platform well instead of five badly. I picked Creatio a decade ago, and I would pick it again today.

What I have done on Creatio#

Fifty-plus implementations, every one as the technical partner behind another firm. Established Creatio partners bring me in when a project turns technical, and they keep the client relationship. Those projects span sales, service, marketing, and custom verticals, from mid-market through enterprise: greenfield builds, replatforming projects, and migrations from Dynamics, HubSpot, and home-grown systems. It is a decade of building the systems and none of owning the engagement, and both halves of that are worth saying out loud.

Ten products on the Creatio Marketplace. They include the official Make.com Connector for Creatio, verified by Make and powering integrations for thousands of users. All of them came out of building on the platform every day for a decade.

A 5-star publisher rating across all marketplace listings. That rating reflects the two things I insist on: the products do what they say, and the support behind them is real.

How I work#

The shortest version: configure first, code when necessary, and leave the team able to maintain it.

Roughly 70% of the effort on a Creatio project belongs in the no-code Studio, without writing a line of code. That is the platform’s greatest leverage, and most people never use it well. I write code when a requirement genuinely exceeds what configuration can do, and I write it to production standards, the way you would write code that has to ship to a marketplace, because mine often does.

The test I apply to every build decision is whether the client’s team can maintain and extend it without me. If they cannot, I did the work wrong.

Why Salesforce → Creatio#

I am not a Salesforce critic by background. I am a Creatio specialist who watched the same conversation play out in CFO offices year after year: licenses up another 9%, the AI add-on now mandatory, and a renewal that no longer adds up.

Most of those companies stayed on Salesforce because the alternative felt unknown, which stopped being true once Gartner, Forrester, and Nucleus started publishing on Creatio. The platform handles process-heavy mid-market workloads better than Salesforce does, at 30–40% lower TCO. The barrier is the migration itself. I have written up the playbook for it from a decade of Creatio work; I have not yet run a Salesforce migration end to end, which is what the POC is for and why its first clients get design-partner terms.

That playbook is published as the Salesforce to Creatio Migration Playbook, and we run a fixed-price 21-day POC for clients who want to see it work on their data before they commit.

If you are evaluating a Creatio implementation, a migration off Salesforce, or just want a second opinion before you sign a contract, book a fit call. I run those calls myself.
