21-Day Delivery

See your Salesforce data running in Creatio in 21 days.

Skip the slide deck. We rebuild one object, one workflow, and one integration from your live Salesforce org inside a Creatio tenant, using your real data. You see exactly how the platform behaves before you commit to the full migration.

10+ years on Creatio · Technical partner on 50+ implementations · The founder runs the fit call himself

You're paying Salesforce too much, but switching feels like a six-month bet.

Every Salesforce renewal cycle brings the same conversation: licenses up again, another add-on that used to be optional, and a CRM bill the CFO circles in red.

You’ve heard Creatio costs 30–40% less. But you’ve also been burned by platform migrations before: six months of consulting fees, then a system your team hates.

What settles it is seeing the platform run your real data, on your real workflows, before you spend a dollar on the full migration.

What you get in 21 days

One object, one workflow, and one integration, with your data, live in your own Creatio tenant. Reviewed live and recorded for your team.

01
One core object migrated with real data
Pick one: Accounts + Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, or a custom object. We migrate the actual records from your Salesforce org (or a sandbox export), with field mapping, picklists, ownership, and history.
02
One end-to-end workflow rebuilt
Your most-used process, whether that’s lead routing, opportunity stage progression, case escalation, or renewal automation, rebuilt natively in Creatio’s Process Designer so your team can compare side-by-side.
03
One integration validated
Email (Outlook/Gmail), DocuSign, Slack, an ERP connector, or a custom REST endpoint. We wire it up and prove it round-trips so the integration question is settled before the full migration.
04
Day-21 demo, on your screen, in Creatio
What gets demonstrated: your chosen object with real records migrated, field-mapped, and queryable in Creatio; your chosen workflow triggering end-to-end in the tenant with your team watching; your chosen integration round-tripping live data. You log in yourself and click through. If any of the three isn’t demonstrable on the recorded call, you pay 50% and keep everything built. 60-minute session, recorded for stakeholders who couldn’t attend. The Creatio tenant stays yours.
05
Migration scoping document
Based on what we learned in the POC: realistic timeline for the full migration, fixed price, risk register, and what your team needs to own internally.
What's NOT in scope (so there are no surprises)
  • Full data migration of every object in your Salesforce org
  • Custom Apex code rewrites or complex Lightning component porting
  • Production cutover or change-management for end users
  • Training beyond the 60-minute walkthrough
  • Integrations beyond the one we agree on in kickoff
All of the above are part of the full migration engagement, scoped after the POC. The POC stays tight so it ships in 21 days.

How the 21 days run

Week 1 · Days 1–7 Discovery + tenant provisioning
  • 60-min kickoff: pick the object, the workflow, the integration
  • Salesforce sandbox or read-only API access set up
  • Fresh Creatio tenant provisioned
  • Field-mapping spreadsheet drafted and confirmed with you
Week 2 · Days 8–14 Build + migrate + integrate
  • Object + fields + relationships built natively in Creatio
  • Data extracted, transformed, and loaded, with a reconciliation report
  • Workflow rebuilt in Process Designer (no code)
  • Integration wired and tested round-trip
Week 3 · Days 15–21 Validation + walkthrough + handoff
  • Internal QA pass against your Salesforce source-of-truth
  • One round of feedback from your team via Loom walkthrough
  • Adjustments made, limited to polish so the timeline holds
  • 60-min live session with your team in the tenant
  • Recording delivered, tenant access transferred
  • Migration scoping document delivered with full-migration price + timeline

Who this is for, and who it isn't

A good fit if you
  • Are evaluating leaving Salesforce in the next 6 months
  • Have 50–500 employees and an ops/RevOps lead who can join 2–3 calls
  • Want proof before you sign a 12-month implementation contract
  • Have one workflow you’d love to see fixed before anything else
  • Can give us read access to a Salesforce sandbox within 5 business days
Not a good fit if you
  • Need a full production migration done in 21 days (this is the proof, not the cutover)
  • Have 100+ custom Apex classes that must port verbatim (we can scope, but not in a POC)
  • Aren’t sure you want to leave Salesforce yet; read the Creatio vs Salesforce comparison first
  • Need us to also drive change management and training in the same 21 days

Why us

10+ Years on Creatio
50+ As technical partner
10 Marketplace apps built
★ 5.0 Publisher rating

You'd be one of our first three Salesforce migration clients.

Ten years on Creatio, 10 apps on its marketplace, and 50+ implementations where we were the technical partner behind another firm: we built the systems, they owned the client. We have not run a Salesforce → Creatio migration end to end, and we have not been prime on an implementation. This POC is where we do both, and the terms below exist because of it.

We’re taking three design-partner clients. In exchange, we ask that you co-author the case study at the end. If you don’t want to be named publicly, the case study is anonymized, but we do ask for a private reference call with future prospects.

What you get that later clients won’t: direct founder involvement on every call, weekly working sessions with the lead architect, and a seat at the table while we build the migration methodology we’ll use for the next fifty.

The commitments that make this low-risk
  • Fixed price, agreed before kickoff: no change orders during the POC.
  • Week-1 checkpoint: if the scope you set in kickoff isn’t achievable in 21 days, we stop, refund the remainder, and hand you everything built so far: the tenant, the field mapping, the partial workflow, the notes.
  • Day-21 demo condition: the three success criteria you define in the kickoff. If the demo doesn’t show all three, you pay 50% of the fixed price and keep everything.
  • Your data stays yours. Read-only Salesforce access only. NDA before kickoff. Your Creatio tenant is yours from day one; we don’t touch prod.

Things people ask before they book

What if the POC reveals Creatio isn't a fit for us?
Then you’ve found that out in 3 weeks at a fixed price rather than 6 months and six figures into a full migration. You keep the Creatio tenant and a scoping document that records why, and if we see that outcome coming mid-POC, we’ll tell you straight.
Why fixed price? Won't scope blow up?
Because the scope is intentionally narrow: one object, one workflow, one integration. Ten years of building objects, processes and integrations on Creatio is what tells us that much fits in 21 days. This is our first Salesforce migration POC, so the narrow scope is there to protect the deadline rather than to sound disciplined. If you ask for more, we’ll price the addition separately instead of absorbing it and rushing the core scope.
What happens if it's obvious in week 1 that the POC won't land?
We flag it at the end of week 1 and offer you an exit: we stop, refund the balance, and hand over everything built so far, from the tenant and field mapping to the partial workflow and scoping notes. No contract games or lock-in. We won’t claim a record here, because this is our first POC of this kind. The exit clause exists because we would rather eat the loss than ship something that doesn’t prove the platform.
Who owns the Creatio tenant when the POC ends?
You do. It’s yours from day one. If you proceed to the full migration, you keep the same tenant and we build forward. If you don’t, you can keep exploring it on your own (or shut it down).
Can we use our own Salesforce admin during the POC?
Yes, and we recommend it. The handoff is smoother and your team learns Creatio in real time. We need them on the kickoff and the walkthrough at minimum; everything in between is async.
What happens after the POC?
We deliver a fixed-price scope for the full migration based on what we actually learned in your environment. No more ‘depends on what we find’, because we already found it. You’re free to take that scope to another partner if you want; the document is yours.
How do I get my CFO and sales leader on board?
Forward them the pages we wrote for exactly this: the case for your CFO covers the licensing math, implementation cost, and payback window; the case for your sales leader covers adoption, rep experience, and what changes on the sales floor. Both are one page, no form, written to be sent as-is.
How is this different from a Salesforce 'free trial' of Creatio?
A trial gives you a generic demo tenant with sample data. This gives you your own tenant with your own data, workflow, and integration, running. It’s the difference between test-driving the dealership demo and driving your own commute.

Request a fit call.

We'll confirm the POC is a fit, agree on the object/workflow/integration, name the price on the call, and send you a one-page SOW within 48 hours. No deck and no pitch.

If the POC isn't right, we'll say so on the call and point you at the right next step.
