Creatio Pricing in 2026: What You Actually Pay

· · 9 min read · Updated Jun 10, 2026

Bottom line. Creatio’s platform is $40/user/month for Growth and $75 for Enterprise, where most clients land. Unlimited went quote-based in May 2026. Sales, Marketing and Service are $15/user/month each on the two per-user plans and bundled on Unlimited, so the realistic mid-market number is $90/user/month. That puts a 100-user deployment at $108,000/year against $250K–$400K for Salesforce Enterprise with typical add-ons. Contracts carry a $10,000 annual minimum on a three-year term. API calls, sandboxes and most platform features are not metered or sold separately.

CRM pricing pages are designed to get you to click “Contact Sales.” They show you a number, leave out the context, and let the sales team fill in the (expensive) details later.

We think that is a waste of everyone’s time. So here is a straightforward breakdown of what Creatio actually costs in 2026: the license fees, what is included, what is not, and how it stacks up against the alternatives.

We are a Creatio specialist firm with 50+ deployments behind us, built as the technical partner on other firms’ projects, so we have seen what these deployments actually cost to stand up. This is that information, without the sales pitch.

If you are leaving Salesforce and want the implementation side of the pricing question, the Salesforce to Creatio migration playbook breaks down the phases, the effort distribution between them, and timeline benchmarks by org size.

Creatio’s Three Pricing Tiers#

Creatio prices the platform and the applications separately. Two plans, Growth and Enterprise, carry a per-user platform price; Unlimited moved off per-user pricing on 1 May 2026 and is quoted per deployment. On top of Growth or Enterprise you add whichever of the Sales, Marketing and Service modules you need, at $15 per user per month each. Unlimited bundles all three.

That structure is the single most misread thing about Creatio’s price list, so be concrete about it when you budget: Enterprise is $75, but Enterprise with Sales is $90.

Growth: $40 per user per month#

This is Creatio’s entry point, and it is more capable than the price suggests.

What you get:

  • Core CRM functionality across sales, service, and marketing
  • Contact and account management
  • Lead and opportunity tracking
  • Basic workflow automation
  • Standard dashboards and reporting
  • Email integration
  • Mobile access
  • Basic customization tools

Who it is for: Small teams getting started with CRM, or organizations with straightforward sales and service needs that do not require complex process automation. If your primary need is tracking contacts, managing a sales pipeline, and running basic reports, Growth covers it.

Enterprise: $75 per user per month#

This is where most of our clients land, and it is where Creatio’s value proposition becomes clearest.

What you get (everything in Growth, plus):

  • Full Creatio Studio, the complete no-code development environment
  • Advanced business process management (BPM) engine
  • Complex workflow automation with branching, parallel processing, and timers
  • Creatio AI: predictive scoring, recommendations, and analytics
  • Advanced customization: page designer, business rules, custom objects
  • Advanced dashboards with drill-down capabilities
  • Case management and SLA automation
  • Campaign management and marketing automation
  • API access with no per-call limits
  • Development tools for custom code when needed

Who it is for: Mid-market organizations that need CRM and process automation together. This is the tier where you get Creatio’s full no-code studio, which is the primary reason most organizations choose the platform over competitors.

Unlimited: quote-based#

The top tier, designed for organizations with the most demanding requirements. Until May 2026 it carried an $85 per-user list price. Creatio retired that and now quotes Unlimited per deployment, bundling the pieces that are add-ons lower down.

What you get (everything in Enterprise, plus):

  • The Sales, Marketing and Service modules included rather than added at $15 per user each
  • AI Studio included
  • Premium support with faster response times
  • Enhanced governance and compliance tools
  • Advanced audit and security features
  • Priority access to new features and updates
  • Higher data and customization limits
  • Dedicated customer success resources

Because it is quoted rather than listed, treat any per-user Unlimited figure you find online as out of date, including ours before this update.

Who it is for: Larger organizations in regulated industries (financial services, pharma, healthcare) that need advanced compliance, security, and support capabilities. Also a good fit for organizations that want maximum AI functionality and premium support.

Tier comparison at a glance#

PlanPer user / monthWith one moduleWhat you get
Growth$40$55Core CRM, basic workflow, dashboards, mobile, email integration
Enterprise$75$90Everything in Growth, plus the full no-code Studio, the BPM engine, Creatio AI and unlimited API
UnlimitedQuote-basedIncludedEverything in Enterprise, plus AI Studio, the composable modules, premium support, governance and audit tooling

Sales, Marketing and Service are $15 per user per month each on Growth and Enterprise, and bundled on Unlimited. Contracts carry a $10,000 annual minimum on a standard 3-year term, so below roughly ten seats the minimum is what you pay rather than the per-user maths. AI Action packages are optional and consumption-based, starting at $5,000 a year. Confirmed with Creatio 2026-08-28 (creatio.com/products/pricing calculator, user-confirmed).

What You Do Not Pay Extra For#

This is the section that matters most if you are comparing Creatio to Salesforce or Dynamics 365. These are capabilities that other platforms charge additional fees for, but Creatio includes in the license price:

API calls. Creatio does not meter API usage or charge overage fees. On Salesforce, API limits are a real concern: Enterprise edition includes 100,000 API calls per 24-hour period, and exceeding that limit either breaks your integrations or requires purchasing additional capacity.

Data storage. Creatio provides generous storage within each tier without per-user storage penalties. Salesforce allocates a base amount plus a small per-user increment, and additional storage costs $125 per month per 500MB.

Sandbox environments. Development and testing environments are available without separate licensing fees. On Salesforce, a full-copy sandbox requires Enterprise or Unlimited edition, and partial sandboxes are limited in lower tiers.

Cheaper multi-product access. Creatio does charge for Sales, Marketing and Service separately, at $15 per user per month each, so this is a difference of degree rather than kind. But the degree is large: adding all three to Enterprise costs $45 per user per month. On Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are separate products at full edition price. On Dynamics 365, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing are each licensed independently at $50–$105 per user. Creatio’s Unlimited plan bundles all three outright.

Most platform features. Features like advanced reporting, workflow automation, and customization tools that Salesforce and Dynamics reserve for higher tiers or sell as add-ons are generally included in Creatio’s Enterprise tier.

How Creatio Compares on Price#

Let’s put real numbers on a 100-user deployment.

Platform (100 users)Annual licenseRealistic total / year*5-year cost
Creatio Enterprise + Sales$108,000~$108,000 (no required add-ons)~$540,000
Salesforce Enterprise$210,000$250,000 – $400,000$1.25M – $2M
Dynamics 365 Sales + Service$252,000$275,000 – $375,000$1.4M – $1.9M

*Realistic totals include the add-ons most organizations actually buy: API capacity, sandboxes, separate product modules (Sales/Service/Marketing on Salesforce; Power Platform on Dynamics), AI features (Einstein, Copilot), CPQ.

Creatio Enterprise + Sales (100 users):

  • ($75 platform + $15 Sales) x 100 x 12 = $108,000 per year
  • Includes: BPM engine, no-code studio, Creatio AI, unmetered API access, sandboxes
  • Add Marketing or Service at $15 per user per month each if you need them

Salesforce Enterprise (100 users):

  • $175 x 100 x 12 = $210,000 per year (base license only)
  • Does not include: CPQ, Service Cloud if licensed separately, additional API capacity, sandbox environments beyond the basics, or Agentforce AI features
  • Realistic total with common add-ons: $250,000 to $400,000 per year

Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise + Customer Service Enterprise (100 users):

  • Sales: $105/user/month + Service: $105/user/month = $210/user/month
  • $210 x 100 x 12 = $252,000 per year (before Power Platform, Marketing, and AI add-ons)
  • Realistic total with common add-ons: $275,000 to $375,000 per year

The licensing difference alone, before implementation, ranges from $142,000 to $292,000 per year. Over a five-year period, that is $710,000 to $1.46 million.

Two caveats worth stating plainly. Creatio contracts carry a $10,000 annual minimum on a standard three-year term, so at small seat counts the minimum is what you pay rather than the per-user arithmetic. And Creatio’s AI Action packages are consumption-based, starting at $5,000 a year, which sits outside every figure above.

If you’re already on Salesforce, that gap is usually what makes migrating to Creatio worth the conversation in the first place. We’ve built a dedicated playbook for that path.

Hidden Costs to Plan For#

Licensing is not the only cost. Every CRM platform has costs beyond the license fee, and Creatio is no exception.

Implementation. A one-time cost separate from licensing, covering discovery, configuration, customization, data migration, integration, testing, and training. It varies enormously with requirements, which is why it is quoted against a written scope rather than published as a rate; see Creatio Implementation Cost in 2026 for the seven cost drivers and how to estimate your own project.

Training. Your team needs to learn the platform. Budget for initial training (typically included in implementation) and ongoing training for new hires and power users. Creatio’s no-code tools reduce the ongoing training burden compared to platforms that require developer skills, but there is still a learning curve.

Integrations. Connecting Creatio to your existing systems (ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, phone systems) requires effort. Some integrations are straightforward (email, calendar), while others require custom development or middleware. Plan for this in your budget regardless of which CRM you choose.

Ongoing administration. Even with Creatio’s no-code tools, someone on your team needs to own the platform. The difference is that Creatio typically requires less specialized (and less expensive) administrative effort than Salesforce or Dynamics. A business analyst or power user can handle most day-to-day administration, whereas Salesforce often requires a dedicated certified admin.

Annual license increases. Like most SaaS vendors, Creatio may adjust pricing at renewal. Build a small annual increase into your multi-year budget. This applies to every CRM vendor.

How to Think About CRM Cost#

The license fee is the number everyone fixates on, but it is rarely the number that matters most. Total cost of ownership, the sum of licensing, implementation, administration, and opportunity cost, is what determines whether a CRM investment pays off.

A platform that costs $60,000 per year in licensing but deploys in 6 weeks and can be maintained by your existing team is often cheaper in total than a platform that costs the same in licensing but takes 6 months to deploy and requires two dedicated administrators.

In our experience, Creatio’s lower licensing cost is significant, but the real savings come from faster implementation timelines, lower ongoing administration costs, and the ability for business users to make changes without waiting on developers.
