Privacy Policy

Effective date: 28 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EXPERCEO (referred to here as “Experceo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit experceo.com or engage with our services.

Who we are#

EXPERCEO is a Creatio implementation consultancy registered in Turkey. You can reach our privacy team at info@experceo.com.

Information we collect#

We collect personal information in three ways.

Information you provide directly. When you fill in a form on our site (a fit-call request, a contact form, or a newsletter signup), you give us the information in those fields. Typically: name, email, company name, role, and the message you write. If you book a call we may ask for your phone number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider and analytics tools record technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the time of your visit. We use Google Analytics for aggregated traffic analysis. Google Analytics may set cookies that persist between visits.

Information you submit through our form. The booking form on this site is provided by Creatio and submits to Creatio, where the details become a record in our CRM. What you send is processed by both Creatio and us, and Creatio’s privacy practices apply alongside ours. The form asks for your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number; it also records the page you submitted from and the page that referred you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

How we use your information#

  • To respond to inquiries. If you contact us, we use your information to reply, schedule a call, and follow up.
  • To deliver services. If you become a client, we use your information to scope, contract, and deliver the engagement.
  • To send relevant communications. If you opt in to a newsletter or have an active client relationship, we may send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the site. Aggregated analytics help us understand which content is useful and where it can be improved.
  • To comply with legal obligations. We retain records as required by tax, accounting, and other applicable laws.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising on third-party platforms.

Who we share your information with#

We share information only with vendors who help us run the site and the business:

  • Hosting: Netlify (site hosting and CDN).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics.
  • Forms and CRM: Creatio.
  • Email and productivity: Standard business productivity providers used to respond to inquiries.
  • Legal and tax advisors, when professionally required.

Each vendor is bound by their own privacy and security commitments, available on their websites.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Experceo, our clients, or the public.

Cookies#

We use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some features may be reduced.

How long we keep your information#

  • Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted unless we have an ongoing reason to keep it.
  • Client engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax, accounting, and contract law in our jurisdiction (typically 7 years).
  • Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights#

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. These include:

  • Access. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. You can ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Portability. You can ask us to send your information to you in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Restriction and objection. You can ask us to limit how we use your information, or object to specific uses.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@experceo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers#

Some of our vendors are based in the United States and may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the relevant authorities.

Security#

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps consistent with the sensitivity of the information.

Changes to this policy#

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email where appropriate.
