2-Week Delivery

One Creatio workflow, live in two weeks.

Pick one process: sales pipeline, service ticketing, or marketing campaigns. We configure it in your own Creatio tenant with your data, connect your email and calendar, and train your team to run it.

The usual version takes six months to show anything

Most Creatio implementations open with discovery, then a 60-page requirements document, then a phased rollout. By the time anything reaches a user, the use case that started it has usually moved.

One team running one workflow in production this month does more for the rollout than the document does. Everyone else gets to see it working, and they start asking when theirs is coming.

This engagement is that first workflow: your data, your tenant, your team trained, at a price agreed before we start. Creatio is the only platform we work on, so the first configuration your team sees will not need rework in six months.

What you get in 14 days

One workflow, configured in Creatio, integrated with your email and calendar, loaded with your real data, and your team trained to run it.

01
Pick one workflow
Sales pipeline, service ticketing, or marketing campaigns. You pick one and we spend the whole two weeks on it, rather than getting a third of the way into all three. Campaign process and segmentation are in; bulk email volume is licensed separately by Creatio.
02
Configured in your Creatio tenant
We work inside your own Sales, Service or Marketing edition, using your stage names and your terminology. Nothing gets built in a demo environment and handed over later.
03
Email and calendar integrated
Bidirectional sync with Outlook 365 or Google Workspace. Mail, meetings and contacts move both ways, so nobody has to leave their inbox to log a call.
04
Your real data loaded
Up to 5,000 records, with field mapping and a reconciliation report. Accounts, contacts, leads or cases. Anything larger is priced on the fit call as an add-on, so the fixed price holds.
05
Two team training sessions
Two hours in total. One for the people doing the work, one for whoever administers it afterwards. Both recorded, and there is a one-page cheat sheet.
06
30 days of post-launch support
Email and Loom, one business day turnaround, for thirty days after go-live.
What's NOT in scope (kept out so we ship in 2 weeks)
  • Multiple workflows or cross-team rollouts (a natural Phase 2; we’ll scope it)
  • Custom development beyond no-code configuration (most teams don’t need it on day one)
  • Data migration beyond 5,000 records or from systems other than CSV/Salesforce/HubSpot
  • Integrations beyond email and calendar (DocuSign, Slack, and ERP are separate scope)
  • Change management programs across departments
Anything above gets scoped as a follow-on engagement.

How the 14 days run

Week 1 Configure + integrate
  • 60-min kickoff: lock the workflow, the stages, the fields, the users
  • Creatio configured: object structure, business rules, dashboards
  • Email + calendar integration set up and tested
  • Field mapping agreed and your export staged for import
Week 2 Load, train, launch
  • Your data imported with reconciliation report
  • Workflow tested end-to-end with your real records, plus one round of your team’s feedback (async via Loom)
  • End-user training and admin training, 60 min each, both recorded
  • Cheat sheet delivered, go-live, and 30 days of post-launch support starts

Who this is for, and who it isn't

A good fit if you
  • Have a Creatio licence, or are ready to provision one (the two weeks start when your tenant is live)
  • Have 20–500 employees and one team that can be the launch group
  • Have a clear first use case: one workflow, rather than ’transform everything'
  • Have an internal owner who can join 2 hours of meetings per week
  • Want production over perfect and are willing to launch and iterate
Not a good fit if you
  • Need three workflows live in two weeks (we’ll scope that as separate sprints)
  • Don’t have a Creatio license and aren’t sure you want one; start with the Salesforce Migration POC or evaluation first
  • Need heavy custom development on day one
  • Want a ‘big bang’ launch across the whole org (we recommend Quick Start → expand)

Why us

★ 5.0 Publisher rating
"One of our goals was to get one of our developers certified at both the analyst and developer levels, no small task given our limited experience with the platform. Thanks to Mohamed's guidance and hands-on support, we were able to meet that goal and accelerate our adoption of the platform."
Todd Jusas · CTO/CISO · Juiced Tech
"We approached Experceo in couple of projects to deliver out of the box integration services between Creatio and 3rd party tool. Their responses and delivery were on time and advance us in project delivery."
Osama Ebayat · Head of Commercial · Doumind

You'd be one of our first three direct Quick Start clients.

Ten years on Creatio, 10 products on its marketplace, and 50+ implementations behind us, all of them as the technical partner to another Creatio firm. They held the client relationship; the build was ours.

The Quick Start is where we take the delivery on directly. Configuring a workflow in Creatio is what we have done for a decade. Owning the engagement end to end is new, and you should hear that from us rather than find it out on a reference call.

We’re taking three clients on design-partner terms. In exchange we ask you to co-author a short write-up at the end. Anonymized if you prefer, though we do ask for a private reference call with future prospects.

The commitments that make this low-risk
  • Fixed price, agreed before kickoff. Quoted on the fit call, and it does not move during the two weeks.
  • Day-14 condition: the workflow is live in your tenant, on your data, with your team trained. If it isn’t, you pay half and keep everything built: the configuration, the field mapping, the recordings.
  • Week-1 checkpoint: if what we locked at kickoff turns out not to fit two weeks, you hear it on day 5 rather than day 14, and you choose whether to cut scope or stop.
  • Your tenant is yours from day one. We work inside your own Creatio instance, so there is nothing to hand over at the end and nothing we can hold.

Things people ask before they book

Can we really get a Creatio workflow live in 2 weeks?
Yes, because the scope is one workflow rather than all of CRM, and because configuring one workflow in Creatio is the work we have done for a decade inside other firms’ projects. What is new for us is running the engagement directly rather than as a subcontractor, which is why the first three clients get design-partner terms and a day-14 condition. The trick is saying no to scope expansion until the first workflow is in production.
What if our team needs more training than two sessions?
The two sessions plus the recordings and cheat sheet cover what most teams need for one workflow. If you need more, we offer additional training as an add-on rather than folding it into the fixed price. The 30 days of post-launch support also catches the questions that always come up after go-live.
Can we add a second workflow during the 2 weeks?
No, intentionally. Adding scope mid-sprint is the #1 reason CRM projects miss their timeline. We’d rather ship one workflow on day 14 and start a Phase 2 sprint for the second one than ship two half-finished workflows at day 25.
What happens after the 2 weeks?
Three options: (1) you take the workflow and run, calling us if you hit something; (2) we scope a Phase 2 for the next workflow; (3) we move into a managed-services arrangement to handle ongoing tweaks and expansion. Most clients pick (2) within 60 days.
Do we need to buy a Creatio license before booking?
Not before the fit call. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you size and procure during week 1; we have a partner relationship with Creatio, so pricing is transparent. The 2-week timeline starts when the tenant is provisioned. Creatio contracts carry a $10,000 annual minimum on a three-year term, which is the real number below about ten seats; the Creatio pricing guide on this site has the rest.
What's the difference between this and a Salesforce migration?
Quick Start assumes you’re already on Creatio (or moving to Creatio greenfield) and want one workflow live fast. The Salesforce Migration POC is for teams still deciding whether to leave Salesforce, since it proves platform fit on real data. If you’ve already decided, Quick Start is the right next step.

Request a fit call.

We'll pick the workflow, name the price on the call, and send you a one-page SOW within 48 hours.

If Quick Start isn't right, we'll say so on the call and point you at the right next step.
