These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of experceo.com (the “Site”) and any informational content, tools, or services offered through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to use of the Site only. Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Who we are#
The Site is operated by EXPERCEO, a Creatio implementation consultancy registered in Turkey (“Experceo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at info@experceo.com.
Use of the Site#
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or systematically harvest content beyond ordinary research use.
- Submit forms with information that is false, misleading, or impersonates another person.
- Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with another user’s use of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who breaches these obligations.
Informational content#
The Site publishes articles, guides, comparisons, and other informational content about Creatio, CRM platforms, and related topics. This content is general information only. It is not professional advice. Implementation, migration, and procurement decisions depend on specifics that no public article can capture in full. Before acting on anything you read here, talk to us, or to your own qualified advisors, about your situation.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Pricing, analyst rankings, and platform features change. The lastmod date on each page reflects the most recent review.
Intellectual property#
All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, software, design) is owned by Experceo or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may:
- View, share, and link to our content for personal or non-commercial use.
- Quote short excerpts in articles or research, with attribution and a link back to the source page.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Republish substantial portions of our content on another site or commercial publication.
- Use our content to train large language models or other machine-learning systems beyond fair use.
- Use the Experceo name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
The Creatio name and related marks are the property of Creatio. Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other third-party brand names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.
Forms and submissions#
Information you submit through forms on the Site (contact, fit-call bookings, etc.) is handled per our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them in our business. We will not publish your name in connection with submitted feedback without your consent.
Third-party links and services#
The Site links to third-party websites, articles, and resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Linking does not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties#
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. To the extent that exclusion is not permitted, the warranties above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experceo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). This limit does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification#
You agree to indemnify and hold Experceo harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law and jurisdiction#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of Turkey, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these Terms#
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability#
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
